Terms and Conditions for
the "Coffee Surprise Challenge"
at the Trade Fair

  1. Organizer: The organizer of the “Coffee Surprise Challenge” is iSMA CONTROLLI.

  2. Participation: Participation in the challenge is voluntary and free of charge. Each participant has the right to withdraw from the game at any time without providing a reason.

  3. Purpose of the Challenge: The purpose of the challenge is to collect contact information from visitors to the iSMA CONTROLLI booth during the trade fair.

  4. Description of the Challenge:

    • To participate in the challenge, a participant must scan the QR code found on coffee cups and other promotional materials at our booth.
    • After scanning the QR code, the participant will be redirected to a website where they must: a)  Answer one easy question. b) Provide a creative answer based on the information in Point 2. c) Provide the correct keyword.  d) Fill out the registration form. 
    • Each participant may enter the challenge only once.

  5. Eligibility:

    • The challenge is open to adults only.
    • Employees of iSMA CONTROLLI are not eligible to participate.

  6. Duration of the Challenge: The challenge runs from October 9, 2024, until 12:30 PM on October 10, 2024. It is a one-time event.

  7. Prizes:

    • 1st Prize: Apple iPad
    • 2nd Prize: BOSE headphones
    • 3rd Prize: ANKER Power bank

  8. Selection of Winners:

    • The prizes will be awarded to three people who correctly answer question number “1” and, based on the decision of our experts at the fair, answer question number “2”, in the most creative way and select the correct keyword – point number “3”.
    • The results will be announced on October 10, 2024, at 2:00 PM.

  9. Claiming Prizes:

    • Prizes will be awarded directly after the results are announced at our trade fair booth (D40). 
    • The names of the challenge winners, along with the most creative answer, will be displayed on our LinkedIn company profile. 
    • If the person who won the prize is not present at our booth, the prize will be sent to the address provided in the form. 

  10. Personal Data Processing:

    • Participants must provide the following data: first name, last name, email address, phone number, company name, company profile, job title, and country.
    • Personal data will be processed for marketing purposes in accordance with GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
    • Participants must consent to the processing of personal data by checking the appropriate box on the registration form.

  11. Consent to Use of Image:

    • Participants consent to the use of their image in videos and photos taken during the event for promotional and marketing purposes by the organizer. This consent includes the publication of such materials on websites, social media platforms, and other communication channels related to the event.

  12. Acceptance of Terms:

    • Participants must accept the Terms and Conditions of the challenge and consent to the processing of personal data electronically by checking the appropriate box on the registration form.

  13. Final Provisions:

    • iSMA CONTROLLI reserves the right to amend the challenge rules and cancel the challenge at any time. Any changes or cancellations will be communicated to participants in a timely manner.
    • Any questions regarding the challenge will be addressed by iSMA CONTROLLI staff present at the booth.
