On the 29th March 2019, Controlli Spa acquired a relevant share of Enerbrain srl (www.enerbrain.com), an italian start-up who developed IoT solutions for energy saving in large buildings.
Enerbrain developed and patented a dynamic optimisation system for HVAC plants allowing to improve the comfort for the users and to reduce the HVAC energy consumption using innovative Artificial Intelligence algorithms.
Enerbrain allows a more efficient energy use but also collects and displays information about air quality to the users. A web-application allows to monitor system performance providing entrepreneurs and facility managers with charts and KPI about the environmental comfort, air quality as well as energy consumption of the building. Enerbrain installation is very fast and it does not need changes to the existing HVAC system; it makes the maintenance easier as well as increase the overall life cycle of the system. Enerbrain is suitable for any kind of HVAC system.
