In the “Lean” approach to control thermal systems, it is crucial to eliminate inefficiencies and waste in all sectors including field elements. Very often the control valves do not require tight close off considering the waste associated with insignificant leakage. In fact, however, apparently insignificant leakage of 0.03% of the maximum flow rate when combined with the life of the valve can reach hundreds of cubic meters of water that are heated or cooled without any usefulness resulting in waste of energy and natural resources. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

From this requirement is born the CONTROLLI project of 2FGB..L<\/strong> \/ 3FGB..L<\/strong> valves where the housing and shutter assembly has been completely redesigned to ensure no leakage without compromising the Equipercentual and maximum valve flow characteristics. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
